Shannon R. Giles is a certified yoga instructor, breathwork facilitator, and wellness technology innovator. After losing her daughter Sarah, Shannon was called to create technology that helps people feel held, supported, and whole — the regulation tools Sarah never had access to.
Build-A-Bra Studios was born from this mission: to revolutionize how women experience nervous system care through custom intimate apparel embedded with FrequencyWear™ technology.
