The Story
Shannon R. Giles is a certified yoga instructor, breathwork facilitator, and wellness technology innovator. After losing her daughter Sarah, Shannon felt called to create more compassionate tools that help people feel seen, supported, and connected to their bodies.
LUMEN Build-A-Bra Studios is being built as a custom intimate apparel wellness studio — where every visit is imagined as a Bloom Blueprint™ design session built around YOUR body, YOUR nervous system, and YOUR life. For women. For girls (ages 8+, always alongside a parent or guardian). For every body ready to be seen.
The studio was born from this mission: to reimagine how women and girls experience body-positive care through custom intimate apparel designed around FrequencyWear™ — our wellness textile technology, currently in development.
